Hello, Here's my two cents regarding Angela and AMA Property Management.
I've always managed my own rental properties but when the tenant of my property in the Ingleside area of SF recently became vacant I decided to hire a professional management firm this time around. After interviewing a few firms and checking references I retained Angela and her company to manage my very nice just renovated 1917 working man's cottage. I've found her to be a good listener, able to assess the current rental market, and in possession of excellent follow up skills. Locating a good tenant during the holiday season is not ideal, but she stuck with it, had open houses, screened out applicants that did not meet standards for references/financials, and arranged and managed the execution of necessary rental documents.
So far she's met or exceeded my expectations.
