Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Recommended by a friend; Angela's experience and expertise was able to close our loan when others could not. We had 2 other loan officers attempt to close the loan for us but simply could not find a work around for certain things for our undocumented loan. When others said "NO" more than half way through the process Angela was our last hope and able to make it happen.She was responsive to our newly licensed realtor and patiently worked with her even though she was still learning.
We closed early, settling in, we have decided to have her take over the property management part of it too.
