I have had the pleasure of working with Angela on getting my refi closing documents notarized a few months back. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient, while going over and explaining the paperwork to me and my wife. We struck up short conversations throughout the process, and that’s when I discovered Angela had a vast knowledge of the real estate industry overall. From mortgage loans (Conventional/VA, etc.), property management in addition to offering several other services. I actually felt inspired to meet someone that was so seasoned and well-rounded in the space I was growing passionate about, which made me more motivated than ever to study and learn as much as possible. Looking back I don’t think she knew that she made an impact on me at that time. Maybe it was a bit of me asking the right questions, but it was also a lot of Angela’s willingness to share information with me. I also told her I was planning on investing in real estate in the future and if I could keep her contact info to hopefully work together sometime down the line. She was ok with that, and so I called her a few times and she gave me a few pointers that I took into consideration that helped prepare me for some good investments I made so far. Since meeting Angela, and in less than a years time, I now have two doors, and working on my third. We still chat often and I’m grateful she still is willing to help advise me on certain situations, which helps me towards reaching my goals. She’s easy to work with, genuine, and I look forward to working with her again in the near future!
